Personal Chef Adriana Rizo Avellaneda

A native of Argentina, Chef Adriana Rizo Avellaneda graduated from the Argentine Institute of Gastronomy (I.A.G) with a degree in Professional Gastronomy.

She began her career as a professional chef in Buenos Aires, working in various prestigious restaurants including La Fondue Italian Cuisine, Alarico Spanish Cuisine and La Strada Argentinian Steakhouse.

In 2005, her motivation, ambition and constant need to grow as a Chef led her to San Sebastian, Spain where she was part of a training program led by the great Chef Martin Berastegui, holder of 3 Michelin stars. Later, fueled by her eagerness to further cultivate her craft and learn its secrets, she moved to Miami, Florida, where she initially worked as a head chef at The Event Group, a corporate catering company. Subsequently, her passion for cooking led her to work in hotels and restaurants throughout South Florida. She has worked or currently works as a chef at Steak 954 Steakhouse, W Hotel in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Makoto Japanese restaurant, where she learned to refine her culinary style and identity.

Today, Chef Rizo is dedicated to growing her business as a Private and Personal Chef. ChefRizo.com is that business. It combines her experience and creativity to designing and creating new menus, always favoring the fusion of knowledge, taste and quality.
