All menus can be customized to your liking. Chef Rizo will work with you to create an exquisite, memorable menu to your specification and budget.

Event prices may vary depending on chosen menu, nummber of people and type of service.

Three course dinner for two - $160 per person. For 5 or more guests - $130 per person. (select one of each)

Salad

  • Petit arugula, shaved red onions, crispy goat cheese, toasted pine nuts, lemon oregano vinagrette.
  • Poached Pear & endives salad, baby greens, caramelized Walnuts, cherry vinagrette.
  • Vined riped tomatoes and mozzarella salad, micro basil balsamic reduction.
  • Hydrophonic Bibb lettuce, fresh heart of palms, orange segments, Jicama passion fruit vinagrette.

Main Course

  • Soy ginger glaced Autralian sea Bass with sesame Jasmine rice and crunchy rice sticks.
  • Braised short ribs in red wine reduction sauce, truffled Yukon potatoes, grilled asparagus.
  • Grilled pork medallion, saffron couscous, Roasted carrots.
  • Seared Organic Chicken breast, sea salt flavored fingerling potatoes, spinach cheese fondue.

Dessert

  • Florida key lime parfait with raspberry coulis.
  • Tropical fruit tart with chocolate mousee.
  • Chocolate misso warm cake served with ice cream.
  • Passion fruit panacotta , chocolate emulsion.
  • Includes a bottle of wine, selection of breads, french style butter.

Three course buffet dinner for 30 people - $25 per person

Salad

  • Field grees with assorted vegetables and citrus vinagrette.

Main Course

  • Pan seared organic chicken breast with potatoes fondat, seasonal vegetables and wild mushroom madera juice

Dessert

  • Home made coconut flan with caramel sauce.

Full Continental Breakfast

  • Freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit juice.
  • Freshly baked assorted pastries, croissant, muffins, danish, assorted bagels, cream cheese, sweet butter and marmalades.
  • Sliced fresh station fruit, assorted yogurts or assorted yogurt parfait.
  • Freshly baked baguette and mini bisquits.
Optional: Aditional salmon or deli station
  • Salmon station: Norwegian smoked salmon sliced, red onions, tomatoes, lemon wedges, capers and cream cheese, mini bagels, pita bread or lavosh bread.
  • Deli station: sliced turkey breast, sliced Black Forest ham, sliced Provolone and Swiss cheese .

Working Lunch

  • Cobb salad with Chicken, crispy bacon,blue cheese, and avocado. Sherry or balsamic vinagrette.
