Chef Rizo is a company which arose from the merging of Adriana Rizo Avellaneda and Claudio D’oro’s knowledge and experience.

ADRIANA An Argentinian chef graduated from one of the most prestigious culinary schools in Buenos Aires: I.A.G. (Instituto Argentino de Gastronomía) 

She started developing her technique in Buenos Aires, in different locations and with different chefs.

In Europe, she co-worked with one of the most famous chefs in the world, Martin Berasategui (Spanish chef awarded with 12 Michelin stars.) 

Since 2007, she has been working in the United States in top destinations, hotels, and restaurants. (W Hotel, Makoto Restaurant, Faena Hotel, among others.) 

Adriana’s background makes her an extremely qualified professional with extensive knowledge and experience.

CLAUDIO is a culinary entrepreneur and since 1996 he has devoted his skills to the design, implementation, and management of different gastronomic businesses in Italy, Spain, Buenos Aires, and the USA.

Our roots make us prefer Mediterranean and American cuisine. However, we allow Western and Oriental dishes to coexist in the identity of our meals as well as sophistication together with simplicity.
